Kim’s Plan of Action

As Mayor, Kim Benda is looking to restore Granite City to its former glory as the place to be in Madison County. Through cleaning up the current downtown area, returning the city’s real estate and historic homes to livability, and attracting new business to the city, Kim has a solid plan to improve this town in the next four years.

Kim’s Key Objectives

The basis for a strong mayoral candidate stems from the change they will establish in the community once they are in office. As a servant to the community, Kim will exemplify the servant-leadership a Mayor should, and will establish a networking of councils, staff, and resources to return the city back to the hands of the residents- the way a City should be run.
